the room was incredibly comfortable and faced garden. it's own balcony, climate control, and wifi were all available.

Convenient location only a short 10-15 minute walk from Cactus Petes Casino. Our standard double room had a cozy bed that made our stay comfortable. 🌟.

Airy, beautifully maintained unit with a fridge, balcony, for example. Incredible location in the pretty quiet area, close enough to supermarkets, the main beach road at Lamai Beach on Koh Samui, and numerous restaurants. Easy walk to Lamai Night Market.

It is extremely underrated. everything was spot on, i felt very safe and secure there. i could leave my valuables in plain sight during housekeeping hours, and nothing would be missing. Amenities were excellent, well i proper working order, but excellent for the price you pay. the best part of this hotel was the owner/front office manager/concierge/housekeeper. her name is Mayuree, and if you're looking for the best things in town, make friends with her. bargain for the best prices for the tours, she can help by pulling some strings. all in all, my stay was EXCEPTIONAL! p.s don't judge this book by it's cover!

there aren't a lot complaints, but if i had to state some, it would be that the beds and pillows were HARD. depending on which room you got, i suggest room 286, that bed was perfect. the styling could use a bit of modernization. toilet bowl could be a little higher. last of all, watch your step!

Absolutely everything! What a lovely little hotel this is, and the lady who runs it, Nong, is a real diamond. We were welcomed with that big Thai smile, and it never went away. Nothing was too much trouble, Get to know her, she is such a lovely lady. Rooms were basic, but very comfortable, cleaned every day, fresh towels every day, and so much better than we expected at the price we paid. Go for an Air Conditioned room, it's worth the extra cost! Not much of a view from the Balcony but we never used it anyway!! The location for us was perfect, right in the heart of everything in Lamai, yards from the hotel door and you are on the strip with all the various bars, shops and restaurants but when the door is closed, you can't hear a thing!! So quiet! It is very near the beach, so no long treks with all your gear to relax on the sand.

Staff in first time be very helpfull and smile. But I said what I going in chipest hotel, lie my, be angry and thief my money (not many 250 bat), and 99 bat more my visa ))) Very bad. The room is air-conditioned, well-maintained with a shower and bath sheets, the location is great for exploring nearby islands.

Nice place to stay, everything was good. the staff and management were really friendly. the rooms had comfy beds. Also, there are a couple of bars and restaurants nearby to check out. 🌟.
